Grip 6 was founded by Murray Smith, a Certified EOS Implementer™.
He is driven to make a positive impact on organisational performance and is passionate about helping businesses overcome challenges to enable them to be their best.
He has built a significant skill set when it comes to establishing, restructuring and re-engineering organisations.
Developing an astute understanding of the linkages between strategy and operational execution, he provides clarity to businesses to improve their desired outcomes. This includes providing clarity to organisations of their true purpose to reignite their determination and concentrate their focus.
Murray holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the world’s foremost institution for excellence for innovation and entrepreneurship. He also holds a Master of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice Administration) both from RMIT University in Melbourne. He also attended a senior executives program at Harvard University.
